LARGE STORMS MAY NEED MULTIPLE PASSES
For prolonged storms over approximately 10 cm, an initial clearing may help maintain access before final cleanup.

WINTER SEASON
November 1 through April 15.
ROUTE RESERVATION
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve seasonal route capacity.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and Pre-Authorized Debit.
PAYMENT PLAN
Where available, four equal payments may be scheduled for November 1, December 1, January 1, and February 1.
MILD WINTERS
Seasonal fees reserve route capacity, equipment, staffing, monitoring and readiness. Lower snowfall does not automatically create a refund.
HEAVY WINTERS
Eligible services continue according to the signed plan and service terms.
CANCELLATION
Residential contracts may be cancelled within 10 days of signing for a full refund if no qualifying winter service has occurred. After November 1, cancellation follows the signed agreement.
